Lance Egan currently lives in Lehi, UT, with his wife Autumn where he is minutes away from many lakes and streams he calls his “home waters”. Lance works for Cabelas and when he’s not selling fishing tackle, he is on the water, spending one of his 100+ days per year bothering fish. Lance is also a member of the elite 8 that make up Fly-Fishing’s Team USA, and is one of Americas top cometitive Fly Fisherman.
Lance typically fishes 150 days per year, and never tires of searching out fish. He tells us “with all the species, and places to explore, one could spend a lifetime angling and barely scratch the surface. I plan on making a deep scratch”
Lance is a member of Ross Reels, and Scientific Anglers Pro Staff. He is a Signature Fly Designer for Umpqua Feather Merchants, and tests prototype fishing gear for Simms fishing Products.
